Annual Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

As a mission-driven nonprofit, the Center is dedicated to providing advocacy, support, and resources that empower victims to navigate trauma, seek justice, and rebuild their lives.

Through comprehensive services—including crisis intervention, court advocacy, counseling referrals, and community education—the Center plays a critical role in strengthening the safety, dignity, and resilience of the community.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Director to lead the Crime Victim Center into its next chapter. This is a meaningful opportunity to guide a respected organization at a pivotal time—expanding its reach, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing services for victims of crime.

Position Overview

The Executive Director serves as the executive administrator responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this individual ensures high-quality, trauma-informed services and advances long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Operations

• Lead long-term strategy and oversee daily operations

Fundraising & Development

• Secure funding through grants, donors, and partnerships

Financial Management

• Develop and manage budget and financial reporting

Staff Leadership

• Hire, develop, and support staff

Community Engagement

• Build partnerships and represent the organization

Program Development

• Ensure effective victim services and program growth

Board Governance

• Support Board engagement and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

• 5+ years leadership experience; 10 preferred

• Strong fundraising and financial management skills

• Experience in nonprofit or human services

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
