We are looking for a Junior Associate Immigration Attorney licensed to practice in Utah who is passionate about serving the immigrant community and eager to build a meaningful career in immigration law.

What you'll do

• Represent clients before the Immigration Court (EOIR).
• Attend Master Calendar and Individual Hearings.
• Prepare clients for hearings and legal proceedings.
• Work alongside an experienced litigation team.
• Develop your litigation and advocacy skills under the mentorship of seasoned immigration attorneys.

What we're looking for

• Active Utah Bar license.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving immigrants.
• Immigration law experience is a plus, but we also welcome motivated attorneys who are ready to learn and grow.
