Primary Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico

District Offices: Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Rio Arriba Counties

The First Judicial District Attorney's Office is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Director to oversee all technology operations for our three office locations. This leadership position is responsible for managing the District's information systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and technology planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the District's information technology systems across all office locations.
  • Design, maintain, and secure the agency's network infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and technology goals.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and integrity of agency data and information systems.
  • Assist with the development and management of the IT budget and technology plan.
  • Monitor technology contracts, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
  • Lead technology projects and recommend improvements that support agency operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience serving as an IT Director or in a senior IT leadership role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, information systems, and data management.
  • Experience managing multi-site technology environments, budgets, and IT projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
