What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-wide business process design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize operations.
• Develop, document, and maintain business process models using industry best practices.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support quality improvement programs, process governance, and risk assessments.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint-based process documentation repositories.
• Develop Computer-Based Training (CBT) materials and support organizational change management initiatives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis, and other quality improvement tools.
• Support SDLC projects, enhancement initiatives, and business transformation efforts.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Mathematics, or a related field.

6–10+ years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or process engineering.

Strong experience with process modeling (MS Visio or similar tools).

Experience with process improvement methodologies and statistical analysis.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Excel.

Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Energy, Electric Utility, or ISO industry.

Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) certification.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

Experience with SDLC, project management, and change management.

Experience developing Computer-Based Training (CBT) content.
