We're currently recruiting for a REGIONAL CATEGORY PLANNER to join a leading travel retail company with offices in Doral, Miami.

The Regional Planner supports assortment management and ensures the successful execution of regional promotions across assigned countries.

-Manage product listings, line extensions, and delistings in the Assortment Management Tool.

-Support the implementation of product launches by coordinating orders, system setup, and communication with local teams.

-Maintain assortment reports, identify gaps, and resolve assortment discrepancies.

-Coordinate vendor creation and updates within internal systems.

-Monitor assortment performance by vendor, brand, and SKU.

-Manage testers, tastings, and urgent operational requests.

-Create and implement promotional campaigns and brand activations using internal tools.

-Coordinate sales incentives and support seasonal campaigns and tactical promotions.

-Track assortment and promotional KPIs and provide reports to internal stakeholders.

-Partner with country teams to support assortment changes, product launches, and promotional activities.

-Participate in business update meetings and marketing planning with category teams and vendors.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

-1–2 years of experience in business, commercial, or administrative roles.

-Fluency in English and Spanish.

-Advanced Excel skills.

-Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

-High attention to detail and ability to work in multicultural, matrix organizations.

-Experience in Marketing, Category Management, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or Travel Retail is a plus.

This is a hybrid position, with 4 days in the office at Doral and 1 day working remotely each week.
