Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong teaching skills with demonstrated experience working with students.
• Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning and curriculum development to design effective, standards-aligned instruction.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Valid or eligible North Carolina teaching licensure or the ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.
• Experience differentiating instruction for diverse learners
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive teaching and to ongoing professional growth.
