Digital Content Producer

Full-Time | Hybrid (Raleigh, NC)

Our client is seeking a Digital Content Producer to create high-impact multimedia content that drives audience engagement across social and digital channels. This is a hands-on production role for a creative professional who combines strong animation and content creation skills with a deep understanding of social media audiences and platform best practices.

Location: Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite per week in Raleigh, NC

Top Priorities

  1. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite expertise, particularly After Effects, with strong motion graphics and animation experience.
  2. Proven ability to create engaging, public-facing content for social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create original content for social and digital channels, including motion graphics, animation, video, photography, graphics, and copy.
  • Produce platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, to develop engaging visual content and animations.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns using testing, analytics, and performance insights.
  • Support content calendar planning and execution.
  • Partner with internal teams on campaigns, events, and key initiatives.
  • Monitor social conversations and identify real-time engagement opportunities.
  • Respond to audience inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards and responsible gaming guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in digital content production, social media content creation, or multimedia production.
  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills, with a strong emphasis on After Effects and animation/motion graphics.
  • Experience creating content for public-facing social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with video, photography, graphic design, and animation.
  • Experience with social advertising, analytics, and social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license required.
