Afternoon Enrichment Specialist, Middle School

The Harker School

The Harker School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Afternoon Enrichment Specialist to join our Middle School Enrichment and Supervision Team for the 2026–2027 academic school year.

This is a part-time position for the 2026–2027 academic school year. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Hours may vary based on departmental needs.

The position begins August 12, 2026, and the successful candidate is expected to work all scheduled school days through the end of the academic year on June 3, 2027.

Please note: This position is not eligible for benefits.

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Have current certification in both first aid and CPR, if not, will attend class(s) provided by Harker
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred.

  • Support student supervision, dismissal procedures, shuttle coordination, and campus safety.

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Working Conditions

No hazardous or unpleasant working conditions. Climate elements must be withstood (IE wearing sunscreen on warm days), as well as prolonged standing.
