Commercial Real Estate Attorney (3-5+ Years Experience Required)
Location: Asheville, NC (remote positions considered)
Our established and growing commercial real estate law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. We represent developers, lenders, investors, conservancies, business owners, and commercial clients in sophisticated real estate transactions throughout North Carolina.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex commercial transactions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with significant client contact and opportunities for professional growth. Full and part-time positions available.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina (or eligible for prompt admission)
- Experience handling commercial acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, title review, due diligence, leasing, and closing matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining exceptional client service
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
