Pacific International has been retained by a global leader in the airline services space to appoint a SVP & General Manager, Ground Handling for one of their most critical, high-profile business units.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented executive to lead and expand the business. This leader will take ownership of an established operating business while simultaneously building and scaling two additional service pillars from the ground up.
This is more than a traditional executive leadership role. It is an opportunity to operate as a Business President, with full accountability for strategy, growth, operations, talent, and financial performance. The successful candidate will have the autonomy and resources to create new revenue streams, build high-performing teams, and shape a business platform that will become a significant contributor to the company's long-term growth strategy.

What You'll Do
- Lead and grow an existing business with full P&L responsibility.
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for three business pillars, including two new service lines.
- Build scalable operating models, organizational structures, and go-to-market capabilities.
- Identify and capture new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to drive results.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing leadership teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with enterprise strategy.
- Drive commercial excellence across sales, service delivery, customer success, and operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion opportunities as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business services, professional services, BPO, consulting, managed services, workforce solutions, healthcare services, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading a business, division, or business unit with significant revenue and P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success launching, scaling, or transforming businesses, service lines, or growth platforms.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience building and leading executive and management teams.
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing and executing growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
