Chief of Staff (Xora Portfolio Company)
Xora Innovation
ABOUT ELEMYNT
Elemynt is building private AI infrastructure for materials discovery and engineering. Our platform helps advanced R&D teams in semiconductors, energy, chemicals, and advanced manufacturing orchestrate simulations, data, machine learning models, and scientific workflows inside their own secure environments.
We work with highly technical customers, investors, advisors, and research partners across Singapore and the United States. The company is moving quickly, and the CEO needs a strategic operator who can turn priorities into execution.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to drive execution across company operations, customer engagements, investor relations, hiring, finance, legal coordination, and internal communication.
This is a high trust, high context role. The right person will help the CEO stay focused on the most important decisions, ensure followthrough across the company, and create structure where things are moving fast.
This role is not primarily administrative. The Chief of Staff is expected to think, write, organize, challenge, follow up, and push important work to completion.
