Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Hybrid, Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg, FL

Position Summary

The HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting key human resources functions with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while also supporting employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional who can balance strategic recruiting efforts with day-to-day HR responsibilities. Only local candidates will be considered at this time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience andmaintainregular communication with applicants.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate pipeline, and source effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to support employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support internship, early career, and campus recruiting programs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and organizational hiring policies.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questionsregardingHR policies, benefits, and programs.
  • Support employee relationsby providing guidance, coaching, and resolution recommendations.
  • Assistwith performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy within HRIS systems.
  • Assistwith policy development, implementation, and communication.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Participate in organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Provide support for compensation, benefits administration, and annual HR processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)likeADP Workforce Now or ADPTotalSource.
  • ExperienceutilizingLinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities& independent stakeholdersin alegacyenvironment.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)preferred.
