Business Law Attorney

Simple Title Closing & Escrow PLLC, a well-established Lynn, Massachusetts law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney to join our team. We're looking for a motivated attorney to handle a client-focused practice covering business transactions, corporate law, commercial lease drafting and negotiation, real estate transactions, and liquor licensing.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients on business formation, transactions, and corporate governance matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and asset purchase agreements
• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchase/sale agreements, closings, title review)
• Assist clients with liquor license applications, renewals, and compliance
• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with firm attorneys and staff

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
• 3-5 years of experience in business/corporate law, real estate, or transactional practice
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 (Salary based on experience)
