We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to guide the full life cycle of data-driven environmental and utility solutions. The role shapes product strategy, crafts roadmaps, partners with engineering, design, and analytics teams, and converts customer needs into high-value offerings that boost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability outcomes. The Product Manager will own discovery, backlog prioritization, and success measurement through defined metrics and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and long-range roadmaps that align with market opportunities in energy, utilities, and environmental services.
- Translate stakeholder and customer needs into detailed requirements and measurable success indicators.
- Shape go-to-market approaches, pricing signals, and onboarding experiences to drive adoption and realized value.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive moves, and regulatory trends to continuously inform product choices.
- Lead discovery, validate concepts through experiments and user feedback, and document learnings for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management for software or data-enabled offerings, preferably within energy, utilities, or environmental services."
- Strategic thinker capable of articulating a compelling product vision and roadmap to diverse teams.
- Proficient with agile development and data-driven decision making; experience with analytics tools and experimentation methods.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication, with influence across organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
