Role OverviewAs our Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will be the right-hand support to our founders and leadership team in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities—from high-level strategic support and project coordination to day-to-day office operations and occasional hands-on tasks. This is not an entry-level role; we require proven experience and the ability to thrive in a high-trust setting where discretion, initiative, and flexibility are essential.Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to founders and leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Manage office operations: maintain a professional and organized workspace, handle vendor relationships, supplies, mail, and facility needs.
- Support project coordination for film/TV development, including scheduling, document management, and cross-team communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, basic bookkeeping support, contract tracking, and compliance.
- Wear multiple hats in a startup setting: help with event planning, team logistics, basic research, or whatever is needed to move priorities forward (including occasional menial tasks alongside high-impact work).
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive, mission-driven office culture and help onboard new team members as we grow.
Requirements
• Proven Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role supporting executives (not entry-level).
• High Trust & Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a small-team environment where priorities shift quickly; willing to tackle both strategic and operational tasks.
• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Slack). Familiarity with entertainment or startup operations is a plus.
• In-Person Availability: Must be based in or able to relocate to the Provo, Utah area for full-time on-site work.
• Cultural Fit: Honest, hardworking, and etreprenurial. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
