Job Description: Must be experience in Avionics systems testing, troubleshooting,

repair and installation as well as aircraft wiring utilizing various hand tools, test

equipment and technical reference material including: Current FAA regulations,

equipment manufacturer’s installation instructions, Turbo Air, Inc. instructions as

required in accordance with industry approved standards in a safe, clean and organized

work area.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

  • Complete RVSM, 91.411 and 91.413 Inspections.

Marking, routing, tying, lacing, termination of wiring and connectors with industry

related hand tools to accessories such as relays, circuit breakers, connectors

and switches.

  • Perform continuity checks of wiring and systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Adjust, repair or replace defective parts and wiring on Avionics and aircraft

systems.

  • Disassembly/reassembly of aircraft interior, instrument panels and avionics

equipment bays prior to and/or following the installation of wiring and/or repair of

avionics systems using proper handling and storage techniques.

  • Properly document all removal and installation of aircraft parts and accessories

according to Turbo Air procedures.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the Turbo Air work order procedures and

properly document work using appropriate accepted/approved data references.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
