Role Description
The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site preferred role based in Flagstaff, AZ, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing springs-related programs. In this role, you will manage daily operations, track budgets, supervise project teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our programs run efficiently and effectively. This is a high level position, with opportunities for growth in executive leadership, financial stewardship, and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include
- Support project planning, coordination, and tracking across multiple concurrent grants and agreements
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting, tracking expenditures, and supporting hiring decisions based on organizational capacity
- Support grant management, including reporting, billing, compliance, and coordination with partners and funders
- Assist with development of proposals, budgets, and strategic funding opportunities

Compensation
Salary depends on experience ($30-$35 per hour) plus benefits, including sick leave and 401k with 5% employer match available to all employees. In addition, vacation, 11 paid holidays per year and a health insurance stipend are available to full time employees.
