Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently enter various types of data into our company databases and systems from source documents within time limits.

Review, verify, and correct data where necessary to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and completeness.

Maintain and update records, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.

Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive company and client information.

Collaborate with team members to support various departments with their data needs and ensure consistency across the organisation.

Identify and report any data-related issues or inconsistencies to the relevant management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.

Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification will be an asset.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $40 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
