Founding HR/Talent Partner

We're looking for our first HR to help build the global team behind Lexiom.

Lexiom is building an AI recruiting agent that helps companies discover, qualify, and engage the right candidates automatically. As one of our earliest team members, you'll work directly with the founders to build a world-class, international team across engineering, AI, product, and GTM.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end hiring across AI, Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.
• Build and scale an international team across multiple regions and time zones.
• Partner with founders on hiring strategy, organizational planning, and workforce growth.
• Design and improve recruiting processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Build Lexiom's employer brand and help attract exceptional global talent.
• Support people operations and help shape our culture as the company grows.

We're looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years of HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting experience in Internet, SaaS, or AI companies.
• Has experience hiring across different countries or international markets.
• Has recruited both technical and business talent.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building from scratch.
• Is proactive, resourceful, and highly organized.
• Has excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus if you

• Have worked at an AI startup or high-growth technology company.
• Have experience building distributed or global teams.
• Have a strong network across AI, engineering, product, or GTM talent.
