The Role

We’re looking for a customer service representative who cares about sustainability and wants their daily work to make a real environmental impact. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers recycling their electronics responsibly.

What You’ll Do.

  • Respond to customer emails with clear, helpful information
  • Answer phone calls and explain recycling and pickup services
  • Review and organize photos of electronics sent by customers
  • Request additional photos or details when needed
  • Track customer requests and follow them through to completion
  • Communicate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper handling
