Able2Shine, a leading Speech & Debate education company with locations across the Bay Area and overseas, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support our summer camps and weekly classes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front desk support, and video recording/editing
• High school diploma or equivalent (college students are welcome to apply)
• Currently residing in the South Bay Area, California
• Fast learner with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred

Work Locations : Cupertino & Los Altos

Work Schedule

• Minimum of 20 hours per week
• Summer: Monday–Friday
• Fall: Primarily weekends

Compensation

Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications.
