Controller-to-CFO Track | Boutique CPA Firm | Bradenton–Sarasota, FL

Our client is a boutique CPA firm in the Bradenton–Sarasota area. They are not traditional tax shop — our client runs a full outsourced accounting and CFO advisory for a portfolio of growing businesses. The last person in this seat grew into their CFO. We're looking for the next one.

If you're a strong accounting leader who's ready to own the numbers and the trajectory, I would be thrilled to connect.

What you'll own

• The full accounting cycle for a multi-entity client portfolio — close, GL, reporting, and everything that feeds clean financials
• A small, capable team you'll mentor and level up
• A direct line to firm leadership on reporting, controls, and process — your ideas land here

What we're looking for

• A degree in Accounting and a track record of running (not just supporting) an accounting function
• Someone hands-on who's equally comfortable doing the work and leading it
• CPA or candidate is a plus; CAS / outsourced-accounting / CPA-firm background is a strong plus
• Real ambition to grow into a CFO seat in the next few years
