Position Overview

In this role, you'll serve as the primary IT resource for employees, providing hands-on technical support, managing day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring team members have the tools and technology they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
As the organization's primary IT support professional, you'll play an essential role in keeping employees connected, productive, and supported by:
- Providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other technology
- Managing user accounts, permissions, email access, and licensing within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
- Troubleshooting workstation, network, and connectivity issues
- Maintaining technology inventory, documentation, and internal IT resources
- Assisting with basic cybersecurity best practices and user access management
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the employee technology experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID (Active Directory), and Google Workspace
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
