Duties

  • Apply statistical analysis, modeling, algorithms, and data engineering techniques to extract insights from complex datasets to support business growth and scalability.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance operational and analytical models that improve customer understanding, product performance, and business decision-making.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational and strategic improvement.
  • Design and maintain a foundational data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, validity, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data for business solutions and process improvements.
  • Develop algorithmic models related to demand planning, order routing, and capacity scheduling.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear recommendations for leadership to influence business strategy.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Requirements:** Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or related role. Experience must include developing business intelligence dashboards and automated reporting scripts using Tableau and SQL, delivering insights in a format easily transferable to modern BI platforms such as Looker for monitoring KPIs and business performance; Designing and automating SQL-based ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load transactional and operational datasets, supporting KPI tracking, recurring business reporting, and data consistency across systems; and Utilizing Python for trend analysis and forecasting on operational and business datasets, producing reports and predictive models used by stakeholders to plan revenue, and operational strategies. *Will accept a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in lieu of a Master's degree and two years of experience, in addition to the skills above.
