Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.
- Leadership experience preferred, but a collaborative mindset and respect for the care-team model are essential.

- Collaborate on policies and best practices related to anesthesia care, airway management, and perioperative safety.
- Focus on caring for complex cases in a busy collaborative care team environment.

Rewards And Compensation
- Annual compensation up to $630K, based on the number of shifts worked.
- Commencement incentive of up to $75K and relocation offered to those who qualify.
