As a Jr. BDR/SDR, you will play an important role in helping grow our client relationships and pipeline by opening new conversations and creating opportunities for the sales team. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys connecting with prospective clients, learning about business challenges, and contributing to a collaborative go-to-market effort.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, research prospective clients, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Research potential clients, industries, and target accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Engage prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives and Client Partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in CRM tools.
  • Support account research and market intelligence activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Track outreach performance, follow-ups, and sales activity metrics.
  • Stay current on IT services, technology trends, and industry developments.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, Recruiting Sales, or a related role.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects.
  • Ability to research companies and identify business opportunities.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Experience in IT services is a plus.
  • Prior outreach to enterprise decision-makers is a plus.
