We are looking for a Manager Item & Cost Maintenance to join our Rexel team Remotely within the USA!
Summary
The Manager Item & Cost Maintenance is responsible for the overall profitability by managing the Item & Cost team who ensures all aspects of processing supplier’s data are correctly implemented. Collects and analyses data to prepare reports for management to compare standard costs to actual production costs.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Item & Cost team. Oversee staff selection, performance management, goal setting, training, and development
- Plan, study, and collect data to determine costs of business activity
- Analyze data collected and record results
- Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
- Record cost information for use in controlling expenditures
- Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of Cost Accounting/Analysis
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Work, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Strong Excel skills and excellent analytical skills specifically with large data sets
- Must have a strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

For the state of Illions only, the pay range is $97,293 to $121,617 depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
