Dishwasher

What You’ll Do

The dishwasher assists the kitchen staff in upholding standards for health, sanitation, safety, and quality by washing dishes and cooking utensils/equipment. The dishwasher is also responsible for putting away deliveries in an orderly fashion at the direction of the Kitchen Manager, and helps to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage spaces.

• Washes all plates, utensils, as well as any equipment involved in the preparation of food and beverages
• Maintains cleanliness and Health Code Standards
• Stocks and organizes incoming deliveries.
• Performs occasional food prep work

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 1 year of experience as a dishwasher in a high-volume environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

The Original Arcade Bar

Barcade is the originator of the arcade bar concept and the largest operator of arcade bars in the United States. Barcade locations feature 40 to 75 video games and pinball machines mostly from the classic period of the 1980s as well as 24 American craft beers on draft.
