Location: Mission Beach, San Diego

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience ($62,400-$83,000 annually).

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Hybrid)

Nothing else is a sensitive skincare brand (www.thenothingelse.com). We're coming up on our first anniversary. We're in 50 stores in Southern California and we're looking for our first full-time hire to build our digital presence.

The Job

Grow our social media presence by creating content and managing our community.

Heavy emphasis on growing our TikTok and TikTok Shop. Then growing our Ambassadors, UGC, Instagram, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Lists, one by one. You'll be working directly with the founder every day, and it is a highly autonomous job. This is true start-up vibes. Wear many hats, no task is too small. Employee number one.

An agency, freelancer, consultant, or part-time helper.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working for a DTC company
• You can create lots of TikToks fast
• You've spent money on ads
