Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor. This role will take place at our facility in El Paso, TX.

As the Customer Service Supervisor you are r esponsible for leading the customer service team to ensure excellent customer experience through effective order management, shipment coordination and proactive communication. This role supervises customer service representatives responsible for processing customer orders, scheduling and booking shipments, managing delivery commitments, and serving as the primary interface between customers and internal operations.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of customer service representatives.
  • Establish clear individual objectives, KPI's and development plans.
  • Foster a customer-centric proactive and accountable culture.
  • Ensure proper workload balancing across the customer service team.
  • Collaborate daily with: Master Production Scheduling, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, Quality among other departments.
  • Align shipment priorities with production capacity.
  • Coordinate recovery actions and plans if needed.
  • Support execution of customer allocation strategies during supply constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with customer shipping requirements and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to trade compliance, export regulations and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits related to customer service processes

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, materials, and/or planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in an ETO (engineered to order) manufacturing environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with data centers (Meta, Microsoft, QTS, etc.)
  • APICS CPIM certification
