Salary: $25 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and prospects via live chat in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our services, including web design, social media, and branding solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide effective resolutions, escalating complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Guide users through our website and services to ensure they find the information they need.
  • Identify customer needs to recommend relevant products or services, helping to generate new sales leads for the team.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and pertinent information in our internal systems.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with experience in live chat or written communication channels.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Excellent typing speed and the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for technology and providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think logically and calmly under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard helpdesk software is advantageous.
  • A basic understanding of web design or digital marketing concepts is highly desirable.
  • Must be self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
