MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Patient-Centric Attitude: Genuinely serve our patients at every level, enhancing patient satisfaction and increasing office efficiency.
- Positive Impact: Positively influence patients, coworkers, referring offices, and the practice as a whole.
- Educational Background: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
- Experience Preferred: Previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience is preferred.
- Administrative Skills: Proven administrative experience with a track record of growth or improvement within previous positions.
- Multitasking Ability: Demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service Expertise: Experienced with customer service techniques, ensuring a superior patient experience.
- Communication Skills: Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on other duties as assigned and adapt to the evolving needs of the practice.

As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while helping keep our busy practice running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and checking in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Checking out patients and reviewing treatment plans, financial information, and follow-up instructions
- Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules efficiently
- Coordinating referral management and communication with referring offices
- Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining necessary information prior to appointments
- Preparing and creating patient charts to ensure accurate and organized records
- Answering phones and assisting patients with questions and appointment requests
- Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
- Supporting day-to-day front office operations in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications
A successful candidate brings strong communication skills, accuracy in a detail‑heavy environment, and the ability to stay organized while supporting both administrative and light clinical needs. The qualifications below reflect what’s required for this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ Years of experienc e in a Medical or Dental Office require
- Advanced multi‑line phone management skills, with the ability to handle a high call volume professionally and efficiently.
- Strong appointment‑scheduling accuracy, especially when coordinating surgical procedures and managing complex patient workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, patient‑focused approach.
- Proficiency with computers and practice‑management software, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing referrals, tracking documentation, and maintaining orderly front‑desk processes.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude, with the ability to collaborate well and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced setting, balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Reliability, especially in managing time‑sensitive tasks and supporting daily clinic operations.
