Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, investors, attorneys, and industry professionals.
- Generate new escrow business throughout California. Open territory
- Schedule and conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and networking events.
- Create and execute strategic marketing plans to grow market share.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with escrow officers to ensure outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain clear records and track sales activity.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and community functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, or a closely related industry.
- Existing relationships within the Central Valley real estate community are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Central Valley.
