Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements
- Valid New Jersey RN License – Must be in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Long Term Care Experience
- Supervisor Experience
- PCC Experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team with empathy and precision.
