Type: Full-time, Direct HireOur client is seeking a Creative Director (Design) to join their growing in-house creative team and help shape the future of two brands. This is a player-coach leadership role that blends strategic thinking, hands-on creative execution, and team management.Working closely with the Creative Director of Copy and senior marketing leaders, you'll lead integrated, digital-first campaigns while mentoring a team of approximately seven designers. The ideal candidate comes from an agency background, excels at connecting creative decisions to business goals, and has a strong portfolio featuring brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and creative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and execution across digital marketing channels, including web, social, paid media, video, and motion content.
- Develop compelling campaigns that align business objectives, audience insights, and brand goals.
- Partner with marketing, product, and senior stakeholders to create impactful customer experiences.
- Present and defend creative concepts to leadership.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.
- Champion innovation by leveraging emerging technologies, creative trends, and AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in creative, design, or art direction roles.
- 2+ years of creative team leadership experience.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Strong digital marketing and integrated campaign expertise.
- Proven ability to balance strategic leadership (65%) with hands-on creative work (35%).
- Experience collaborating with senior business and marketing stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and evolving digital trends.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
