American Arab Chamber of Commerce (AACC)
Dearborn, MI · On-site · Full-time · Salary: $55,000-63,000 annually, commensurate with experience
About the American Arab Chamber of Commerce
Across the United States, Arab American entrepreneurs, professionals, and investors are building companies, creating jobs, and shaping the future of American enterprise. The American Arab Chamber of Commerce exists to strengthen and elevate that economic leadership. Serving as the economic arm of the Arab American community, the Chamber advances entrepreneurship, expands access to capital and procurement, convenes economic leadership, and strengthens connections between businesses, institutions, and global markets.
Among the Chamber's core member offerings is the Right Choice Benefits program, which delivers group benefits value to member businesses across Michigan through a network of participating carriers and agents.
About the Role
The Benefits & Accounts Manager owns the day-to-day operation of the Right Choice Benefits program, the relationships, the accounts, and the service experience behind it. You will be the primary point of contact for participating member businesses and agents, managing enrollment, billing, renewals, and account service with professionalism and care. Members and agents should experience the program as responsive, organized, and reliable, and that experience runs through this role.
Alongside the program, you will handle bookkeeping and accounts management for the Chamber, keeping financial records clean, current, and reconciled.
This is a role for someone who is equal parts relationship manager and numbers person: meticulous with accounts, but genuinely good with people, comfortable picking up the phone with a member, working through a billing question with an agent, and keeping every account straight behind the scenes.
