Senior Market Research Manager

Hybrid | 2 days/week in office (Mon/Weds) | CT Based

Comp: $130,000–$160,000 base + discretionary bonus

A boutique market research and consulting firm is hiring a Senior Market Research Manager to lead high-impact qualitative and quantitative work for a primarily pharma / life sciences client base, with growing work in sustainability and environmental research.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and enjoys working across the full product lifecycle—from pipeline and demand forecasting to journey and brand work.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex qual + quant research end-to-end (design, execution, analysis, storytelling)
  • Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to shape research objectives and recommendations
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable business guidance
  • Manage multiple projects at once across different clients and workstreams
  • Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and consultants
  • Support account growth and long-term client relationships

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of direct primary market research experience (agency/consulting preferred)
  • Strong foundation in qual and quant methodologies
  • Comfortable advising senior leaders and presenting insights
  • Able to juggle multiple projects in parallel
  • Curious, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Pharma / healthcare experience a plus, not required
  • Qual moderation experience is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits
