Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Call Handling Intern to manage incoming and outgoing calls for Daanish Technologies. This role is ideal for a student currently studying IT, Networking, or a related technical field who wants hands-on exposure to how a network security and IT infrastructure business communicates with clients, vendors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally on behalf of Daanish Technologies
- Take detailed messages and forward inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a call log with caller details, purpose, and follow-up status
- Provide basic first-level information about company services (network security, IT infrastructure, Palo Alto/Fortinet/Ubiquiti/Luxonis solutions) using provided scripts/FAQs
- Schedule and confirm appointments or callbacks for the technical team
- Escalate urgent technical or client issues appropriately
- Assist with basic follow-up emails or call summaries as needed.
