Emplify Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant – Total Rewards to provide executive-level administrative support to Human Resources leadership, with a focus on Total Rewards functions.

Major Responsibilities Include

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Total Rewards and HR leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential employee, compensation, and benefits information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Assist with project management and department initiatives by coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support HR budgeting, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and expense tracking activities.

What's Available

  • 1.0 FTE,
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days typically 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: Hybrid eligible role. Role would require at least 3 days a week onsite with remote flexibility after training period ends. Role may have light travel between both the La Crosse, WI and Green Bay, WI regions
  • Compensation: Starting at $53,900 with opportunity for higher pay based on relevant work experience

What You'll Need

  • Education: Associate's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting HR, benefits, compensation, or Total Rewards functions preferred.
