Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage the full contract lifecycle and ensure compliance, timely execution, and accurate record-keeping. The role partners with legal, procurement, sales and marketing teams to draft, review, negotiate, and administer agreements that support business objectives. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in cross-functional teams; experience in sales, marketing or the aerospace sector is a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts concurrently.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, procurement and legal teams.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Excel advanced functions, CRM/ERP or contract management systems.
- Nice-to-have: background or exposure to sales and marketing processes and commercial contracts.
- Nice-to-have: prior experience in the aerospace industry or supporting aerospace contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments and renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (legal, procurement, sales, marketing, operations) and external parties to resolve contract issues and clarify terms.
- Maintain an organized contract repository and ensure all agreements are accurately filed, tracked and accessible.
- Review contracts for compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and risk mitigation, escalating legal issues as needed.
- Monitor key contract dates, obligations and deliverables; generate reminders and ensure timely renewals, extensions or terminations.
- Prepare and distribute contract-related correspondence, reports and summaries using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Support internal and external audits by providing contract documentation and explanations of contractual terms and controls.
- Identify opportunities to streamline contract administration processes and implement best practices and templates to reduce cycle time and risk.
