Remote Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to lead key aspects of our accounting operations, ensuring processes are accurate, scalable, and audit-ready.

Responsibilities include supporting GAAP financial audits, month-end closes, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll accounting, intercompany transactions, and process improvements.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in Accounting,

4+ years of experience (preferably in healthcare or high-growth startups), proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, and strong accounts payable expertise.

Ideal candidates have an ownership mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for serving individuals with complex needs.

Bonus points for healthcare financial model knowledge, CPA designation, and experience with external audits.
