A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness. Specifically, this role owns:
- Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
- Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency
- Inventory accuracy and operational compliance
- Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards
- Support of floorsets and product launches
- Identification and resolution of operational gaps
- Direct reports, including Selling Associates
- This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business
Store Leadership Expectations
- Leading and demonstrating company values
- Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
- Coaching & development of associates and leaders
- Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
- Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
- Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Salary: $22.25
Maximum Salary: $28.88
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Strong execution and operational expertise
Strong selling, coaching, and business ownership mindset
Experience using insights to drive performance
Experience developing talent and building team capability
3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
