Linear West, Inc., a leading licensed contractor specialising in concrete and excavation services, is seeking a professional and dedicated Call Centre Operator to join our team. Based in our Atlanta office, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in upholding our commitment to superior service and satisfaction. We are looking for a highly organised and articulate individual to manage client communications and provide vital support to our operational teams, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from the initial enquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle all incoming calls and correspondence, promptly directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions regarding project status, services, and billing information.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, site visits, and consultations for our project management and sales teams.
• Accurately record and maintain detailed call logs and client information within our company database.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to senior staff where necessary.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and support project execution.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Linear West, Inc.'s services and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or a client-facing administrative role.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly regarded.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
• Experience within the construction industry or a similar trade-based environment is desirable but not essential.
