Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience taking enterprise database products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within databases, analytics, big data, or a related area.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
5 years of experience with distributed systems, databases and cloud technology in engineering or technical product management roles.
Experience managing business strategy and execution.
Ability to work with senior executives, product leaders, and senior engineering leaders across Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $240000 - $334000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of NoSQL and document databases, market trends, and customer requirements to help shape the product strategy.
Interact with customers and partners to understand their key requirements and help define a credible product roadmap.
Drive product development collaborating closely with engineering, user-experience design, finance, product operations, marketing, and field teams.
Drive positioning, pricing, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our launches.
