CDL A Driver

Role Overview: Operate pneumatic equipment, manage customer relationships, and make decisions to ensure successful deliveries within the dry bulk shipping industry. The position involves primarily driving, with additional responsibilities including loading and unloading using pneumatic systems, and interacting with customers. Extensive safety training is provided, and no pneumatic experience is required.

• Compensation & Benefits: Average annual earnings between $95,000-$110,000, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and weekly safety bonuses. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401k with employer match, and life insurance.
• Key Responsibilities: Safe operation of the vehicle, loading/unloading cargo, customer interaction, and adhering to safety procedures. Occasionally work weekends, with some overnight stays covered by hotel and per diem when required.
• Qualifications & Skills: Valid Class A CDL, at least 23 years old, with 1+ years of tractor-trailer experience. Must meet FMCSA medical and safety requirements, possess necessary endorsements (Hazmat may be required), and have a clean driving record with limited violations and accidents. Ability to communicate in English and operate the vehicle safely is essential.
