What you will do

  • Oversee the Front Desk and Medical Secretary Team’s day-to-day functions at UCA’s clinic, assisting with those duties as necessary
  • Field questions from patients and route them to the appropriate person/department
  • Verify that Team properly completes registration, insurance verification, and check-in process, handling the most complex cases
  • Ensure Team balances batches, superbills, and deposits are accurate
  • Conduct new Team Member training
  • Act is liaison between clinical and clerical positions

What type of experience do you need?

  • At least three (3) years of healthcare clerical experience, preferably at a front desk or as a Medical Secretary
  • Prior supervisory experience or experience leading Teams to success
  • Must be knowledgeable in third party payor systems and practices
