- Current California Credentials
- Attach a printout with the detailed Document Number from the CTC website (do not attach the certificate) or status letter from credential analyst confirming credential recommendation by August 1, 2026
- Transcripts (post-high school) Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid California RN License
- School Nurse Services Credential
- Valid Driver's License
- Completion of Audiometry certificate within one year
