You will be the Financial Analyst for the Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence from proposal to closeout, delivering creative solutions, implementing new financial tools, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Analyst you will be responsible for implementing day‑to‑day program finance activities, managing earned‑value reporting and analytics, and delivering precise financial forecasts that drive informed decision‑making.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Implement program finance processes from proposal through contract execution and closeout, ensuring financial performance aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Execute earned‑value management and produce required government reports (IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR) to track cost and schedule performance.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual forecasts of orders, sales, profit, and cash while supporting long‑range financial planning.
  • Collaborate with the program team and Finance & Business Operations on corporate‑wide system implementations, including testing and feedback.
  • Support ad‑hoc financial analysis requests and work with cross‑functional stakeholders to address financial issues and trends.

Desired Skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
  • Knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle
  • Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis; LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC))
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;
  • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
  • Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
  • Use of AI in a business environment
