Concrete Finisher — Charlotte, NC

About The Role

We're hiring an experienced concrete finisher to join our Charlotte production crew. Daily work is a mix of residential driveways, patios, sidewalks, and decorative flatwork — broom finish, hand-trowel, and stamped concrete.

This is full-time, year-round work with a stable crew. Top finishers can lead crews and move into production-supervisor roles.

What You'll Do

• Place, screed, float, edge, and finish concrete to spec.
• Run broom, smooth, salt, exposed-aggregate, and stamped finishes.
• Set forms, tie rebar, and prep sub-grade as needed.
• Maintain pour quality — no callbacks, clean joints, proper curing.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years hands-on concrete finishing experience.
• Comfortable on broom, hand-trowel, and stamped pours.
• Reliable transportation to job sites across the Charlotte area.
• Valid driver's license preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Compensation

$25–$38/hr depending on experience, plus overtime. Year-round work — we pour through the winter. Crew lead bonus structure for those who step up.
