At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a motivated and dependable Dishwasher to join our culinary family. You’ll play a vital role in our daily success—taking ownership of kitchen sanitation, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and collaborating with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless, high-quality food service from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchen tools and utensils.
• Hand wash items unsuitable for the dishwasher.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.
• Clean and maintain refrigerators, service hallways, and other assigned areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and restocking supplies.
• Monitor dishwashing equipment for functionality and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with repair personnel to resolve machine problems.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
